I couldn’t be more please with this product. Ordering and delivery was a breeze. I assembled it in less than 1 hour-very easy and straightforward. The video’s that come with it are pretty good. Overall I think it was a great buy and good service.

I was no longer able to attend Spinning classes at my local gym, so I decided to take the plunge and purchase a bike to use at home. This bike is terrific quality — I honestly can’t tell a difference in the quality of the ride from a commercial model, and it’s just as sturdy. If anyone is wondering if it’s a good buy — YES! This is one of the best exercise equipment purchases I have made over the past 20 years (compared to a treadmill, eliptical, x-c ski machine) and probably one of the least expensive. This is built to last, and to be used.

I purchased this bike and used it 3 times a week with solid results. The DVD’s that come with are great. I bought it in Fall 2008 and only had to change the resistance pad out once. One issue I have recently had is that the shaft that connects the pedal to the frame broke while I was using the bike. I’m guessing due to constant use. For $400 I guess you get what you pay for. I am having a hard time finding a replacement part for this part as the Spinner site doesn’t even carry the part and I don’t know if I’m going to be able to fix this. So, my advice is that if you expect heavy use with this, go in knowing that this product may last only a few years. Otherwise, it’s a solid entry level purchase. Knowing that I will use a spinner bike constantly, I will probably purchase a more expensive durable bike.

The bike is sturdy and provides a great workout. The bike is very easy to assemble, if you have the right tools. My bike was delivered without the allen wrench or the adjustable wrench that supposedly comes with the bike. The videos are professionally done and give you the feel of an actual spin class. Be careful with Amazons “third party shipping”, my experience was not pleasant at all. I ended up driving an hour to “their” warehouse to pick up my bike. So far the bike is a good investment and well worth the money. The real test for an item like this will come a year from now to determine how durable and maintainable the bike is.
